No. That isn't how things work around here. Pokemon are everywhere- on routes, in caves, in the oceans, and in all of the towns. It wouldn't make sense to try and keep them out.

Pokemon aren't something to keep away, anyway. They're our companions.

The wild Pokemon are dangerous, I said. If you catch them, you can tame them. Some Pokemon will still be irritable, depending on their personality...but if you are strong enough, they will listen to you.
